Hey, my name is Matt and I started Matt Buys Indiana Houses 7 years ago to help homeowners like yourself who had a property to sell. We have purchased over 300 houses and helped many people with difficult situations. My wife Jazmin and I grew up right here in Goshen. We have a young daughter Laelyn who loves to swim and go on bike rides! We are active with the local Teen Challenge, and Jobs for Life.

Hi, I’m Heather!

I’ve been working with Matt Buys Indiana Houses as the Operations Coordinator since the fall of 2023. As an Indiana native, I graduated from Indiana University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. I’m here to help make your house selling experience with Matt and Rob as seamless as possible. I love how involved Matt Buys Indiana Houses is with the local community, and our team’s ability to find solutions to any issues that arise. The empathetic company culture is unlike any I have ever experienced!


In my free time, I enjoy rock climbing, traveling in my remodeled camper van, and enjoying coffee dates with my boyfriend, Christiaan, and our pup, Lila!

Hi my name is Rob Kolean.

I’ve been investing in real estate for 10 years in the michiana area. It is my passion and I enjoy doing it. I live in the Michiana area and am married with two daughters. During my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and golfing. We are also part of a local food pantry that I am fortunate enough to volunteer at.
